today i have brought a good proposal to the buyer and also to the seller.
buyer : i any body come to buy new property not resale property . then i will take the brokage wht ever u are given me .
seller : The seller mean any body ,builder or owner . (eg brokerage charge 2%. if property is of 27lakh then my brokerage 54,000 , i will not charge full but is will take 30,000 other amount desided my self , and complete the deal . )
